Fashion Inspirations and Beetle Juice pants!

Hello all! I hope your Independence Day is going well and safe! I just wanted to share my current fashion inspirations and links that I love. Oh and I have beetle juice pants now! I purchased them at a store called Rue 21 for around thirty US bucks. Not too shabby. The chains were stolen from my boyfriend and the belt is ancient. It's from Hot Topic I think.

I recently paired these with a cropped shirt held together with safety pins and layered over a basic black tank. I love them so much because they are comfy as well!

Okay so here are my current fashion inspirations.

1.The Lost Boys
I love this movie. I love the sound track also. The leather jackets, the layers of distressed fabric, and the layers of jewelry. Oh and that wicked 1980's one ear ring thing.

2.Al Jourgensen
He is the singer of the industrial band Ministry. He has some rad sun glasses and wicked piercings. He has a vampire god/post apocalyptic/rivet head look.

3.Nancy from The Craft.
Even though she ends up going completely bat shit insane I love her clothing. This movie is also one of my favorites. There is a scene where she has some killer pointy toed buckle boots.

4. Taylor Momsen from The Pretty Reckless
I only really like one song by the band, The Pretty Reckless. But her makeup is beautiful and I love how she layers. Her blonde hair is my natural hair color as well. She inspired me to grow out my hair. Which is frustrating because all I do is wear it in a messy bun because I have no idea what else to do with it.

So I have gotten rid of a lot of clothing I never wear. My wardrobe is changing and I am slowly creating a new look for myself. I now only own two pairs of denim jeans. (Which will be dyed black.) And I have two pencil skirts I am in love with. I am trying to wear skirts and dresses more. (Slowly getting used to skirts, etc.) I have found some very cool things from thrift stores and "normal" clothing stores. So have you ever had to reinvent your style?
