Feeling Blue OOTD!

Well I am not really feeling blue..it is a play on words! Actually I am watching the weather religiously because there is a tornado supposed to be heading straight to the county I live in.  Or possibly it will just be a bad storm. Hopefully!

I really love matching my makeup to colors in my clothing. And I really love the look of a baggy shirt layered with tights and heavy boots.
